When you're charged
Your card is charged when you place the order, before it ships. The charge appears on your statement as PETPLUS or PET+.
If your payment is declining
The most common reasons:
- Billing address mismatch — make sure it matches what your card issuer has on file
- International cards — some banks block ecommerce purchases by default; a quick call usually fixes it
- Card expired or over limit
