How to cancel an order

We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships. If your order hasn't shipped yet Email us at hello@petplus.co with your order number (it starts with PT#) and let us know you'd like to cancel. If it's still in our warehouse, we'll cancel it and refund you right away. If your order has already shipped Once a package is on its way, we're not able to pull it back. When it arrives, you can start a return — email us for the return address and we'll guide you through it.

Understanding our bundle deals

Our bundles are how most pet parents stock up. Here's exactly what you're paying for. Buy 2, Get 1 Free Add 2 Puppy Pads (or 2 packs of Laundry Sheets) to your cart, and we'll include a third one free. On the Pet+ Puppy Pad at $39 each: - 3 × $39.00 = $117.00 - Buy 2, Get 1 Free discount: −$39.00 - You pay: $78.00 Buy 3, Get 3 Free Add 3 to your cart, get 3 more included free — 6 items for the price of 3. On the Pet+ Puppy Pad: - 6 × $39.00 = $234.00 - Buy 3, Get 3 Free discount: −$117.00 - You pay: $117.00 Why you see two line items Your confirmation email shows the full quantity (for example, "Pet+ Puppy Pad × 3") plus the discount on a separate line. This is normal — the discount balances out so you only pay for what the deal says. If something looks off on your charge, send your order number to hello@petplus.co and we'll walk you through it line by line.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as we catch it before it ships. What we can change Once you've ordered, reach out and we can: - Update the shipping address - Add or remove items - Change the size or color variant - Combine two recent orders into one shipment How fast to reach us We process orders quickly, so the sooner the better. If your order has already shipped We can't edit an order in transit, but once it arrives you can start a return — email us for details.

Payment methods we accept

We accept all major cards and express checkout options. Cards - Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover Express checkout - Apple Pay - Google Pay - Shop Pay - PayPal When you're charged Your card is charged when you place the order, before it ships. The charge appears on your statement as PETPLUS or PET+. If your payment is declining The most common reasons: - Billing address mismatch — make sure it matches what your card issuer has on file - International cards — some banks block ecommerce purchases by default; a quick call usually fixes it - Card expired or over limit Still stuck?
