How to cancel an order

We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships.

If your order hasn't shipped yet

Email us at hello@petplus.co with your order number (it starts with PT#) and let us know you'd like to cancel. If it's still in our warehouse, we'll cancel it and refund you right away.

If your order has already shipped

Once a package is on its way, we're not able to pull it back. When it arrives, you can start a return — email us for the return address and we'll guide you through it.
