What to send
Write to hello@petplus.co within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (PT#)
- A photo of the damaged item
- A quick note on what's wrong
What happens next
We'll reply within one business day with:
- A free replacement sent out right away, or
- A full refund — whichever you prefer.
You don't need to ship the damaged item back. Toss it or recycle it — we'd rather you have a working product than spend time packing the broken one.
Wrong item received?
Same process — email us with a photo, and we'll fix it.
