That shouldn't happen, but if it does, we'll make it right fast. No return needed — just email us.

What to send

Write to hello@petplus.co within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number (PT#)
  2. A photo of the damaged item
  3. A quick note on what's wrong

What happens next

We'll reply within one business day with:

  • A free replacement sent out right away, or
  • A full refund — whichever you prefer.

You don't need to ship the damaged item back. Toss it or recycle it — we'd rather you have a working product than spend time packing the broken one.

Wrong item received?

Same process — email us with a photo, and we'll fix it.
