How to start a return
Returning a Pet+ product is simple. Email us first — don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Step 1 — Email us
Write to hello@petplus.co with:
- Your order number (starts with PT#)
- Which items you'd like to return
Items must be unopened (still sealed) to be eligible for return, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2 — We'll send you the return address
Within one business day, we'll reply with the return address and confirm eligibility.
Items shipped back without confirmation may not reach the right team, so please wait for our email first.
Step 3 — Ship it back
Send the package to the address we provide, using any carrier you like. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Keep the tracking number — it's required to process your refund, and it lets us watch for your package. Once you drop
off your return, email us the tracking number.
When you'll be refunded
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it within 1–2 business days and issue a full refund to your
original payment method. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Skip the steps above and email us directly with a photo — we'll send a free replacement, no return needed.
