Once we receive your return, here's exactly what happens.
The timeline
- Your package arrives at our warehouse — we inspect it within 1–2 business days.
- We issue the refund to your original payment method immediately. You'll get an email confirmation the moment we do.
- Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If it's been more than 10 business days
Check your bank or card statement first — refunds sometimes appear under a slightly different line than the original charge. If you still don't see it, email hello@petplus.co with your order number and we'll investigate and follow up within one business day.
