A small gap between scans is normal. Here's when to worry — and when not to.
The first day
Once your tracking link arrives, it can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. Your package is on its way; the system just hasn't caught up yet.
During transit
Most packages scan a couple of times as they move between facilities. A quiet stretch of a day is completely normal, especially over weekends.
When to get in touch
Email us at hello@petplus.co if:
- Your tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, or
- Your estimated delivery date has passed and nothing's arrived.
We'll look into it right away. Every Pet+ order is covered — if a package is ever lost or damaged, we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost.
