How to track your order
Every Pet+ order comes with tracking from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
Finding your tracking number
Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as your order ships — usually the same business day you placed it, or the
next if you ordered over the weekend.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, then search your inbox for "Pet+" or your order number (it
starts with PT#).
What to do with it
Click the tracking link in the email and you'll see the current status of your package, the carrier, and the estimated
delivery date.
Still can't find it?
Write to us at hello@petplus.co with your order number or the email you used at checkout, and we'll resend the tracking
details right away.
